Fixed Term Contract until 31 st March 2021

Exeter & Cranbrook Sport England Local Delivery Pilot

There are a number of exciting opportunities for individuals who are passionate about helping people lead healthy, active lifestyles. Exeter City Council has a bold ambition to be the most physically active city in England and our commitment to this ambition has led to the successful bid for Exeter, and the neighbouring Healthy New Town of Cranbrook, to become one of Sport England's twelve pilot sites for a significant, ground breaking national programme.

The successful post holders will join an exciting new Programme Delivery Team drivingthe development of the Exeter and Cranbrook Local Delivery Pilot in collaboration with stakeholders and Sport England. The post holders will also be responsible for workingclosely with Councillors and Directors across a range of organisations on the development of strategies that will embed the Exeter and Cranbrook Physical Activity Vision into policy and practice.

Data, Insight & Evaluation Manager (Post reference: 4199)

The Data, Insight & Evaluation Manager is a new post created to develop a robust evaluation framework and implement clear impact measurement, they will be responsible for collating, analysing and presenting information to influence strategic programme decision making.

The programme has the potential to make a real impact on reducing health inequalities ensuring that more residents have the potential to benefit from the great things that Exeter and Cranbrook have to offer.
