Our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) has been going from strength to strength over the past six months resulting in the creation of a lively and engaged partnership of professionals that work effectively together in managing contacts for Early Help and Children's Social Care Services. We are currently seeking experienced, dynamic and child-centred social work managers to join us on our journey.

This is an exciting time to join Barnet. Improvements are happening at pace and we are very interested to hear from individuals who can drive excellent engagement with key stakeholders and referrers, consolidate and build upon positive progress made and who can motivate and lead the MASH workforce to deliver the highest quality 'front door' services for children.

Successful candidates will be able to engage children and families in their assessments and plans in innovative ways and have a proven record of delivering high quality services and interventions to vulnerable children and families in partnership with a wide range of different agencies and organisations. It is also essential that you possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework and polices in relation to safeguarding children. In addition, you must be able to provide evidence of your excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to impact families to promote positive outcomes for children and influence the professional networks that you work with.
