Continuous improvement sits at the heart of our culture. Our Continuous Improvement Team lead the CI journey, turning insight in to action and enabling the continual improvement of the service we offer our customers across our shared services partnership.

To enhance our team further we are looking to appoint an individual with skills and experience of managing the complete life cycle of resource planning.

In your role you will have the responsibility for leading the resource planning for our Integrated Business Centre to ensure provision of the required number of people in the right places with the appropriate skills to deliver strategy. You will lead all planning and forecasting activity to generate insightful, accurate and timely management information and carry out analysis to support the continuous improvement of the shared services model. Working with the organisation's senior stakeholders you will deliver a plan resulting in increased productivity, efficiency and most importantly, the customer experience.

Using your high-level interpersonal and communication skills you will showcase your ability to translate data insights in to action. You will be confident and have excellent influencing and negotiation skills, together with customer contact centre resourcing planning, forecasting and scheduling experience. Advanced in Excel, you will have strong analytical skills and ideally be experienced in the design, delivery and utilisation of EWFM software. Your leadership skills will also enable you to build, maintain and successfully motivate the team to deliver great performance.
