Youth Justice Officer - Empowering Change for At-Risk Youth

West Sussex Youth Justice Service in Horsham is seeking a Youth Justice Officer to join a high-performing, multi-agency team. You will work with children at risk of prosecution, on bail/remand or subject to Court Orders, ensuring timely, evidence-based interventions to achieve the best outcomes.

You will manage a caseload independently, build partnerships across agencies, and uphold equality, diversity and inclusion. Flexible hours include evenings/weekends and travel across the county.
