Youth Justice Officer - Court Reports & Risk Intervention

Southend-on-Sea City Council is seeking a full-time Youth Justice Officer for the Youth Justice Service (YJS). The role focuses on needs-led service delivery for children, young people and families to prevent offending and re-offending, including court representations and high-quality assessments.

You will manage complex cases, safeguard the public and young people, and work on high-stakes court reporting and intervention planning.
