Welsh-Speaking Customer Service & Licensing Officer

Cardiff Council is seeking several Customer Service Officers to join its inbound contact centre. You will help users by phone and email, delivering high-quality information and advice while resolving enquiries at first contact where possible.

Applicants should have strong experience in a contact centre, proficiency with web-based systems, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. Welsh language ability to Level 4 Advanced is required for this Welsh Essential Position.
