Strategic Director of Education & SEND

Northumberland County Council is seeking a Director of Education, SEND and Skills to join the corporate leadership team. You will collaborate with Children, Young People and Education executives to drive system-wide improvement across education, SEND and skills for children and families in Northumberland.

The role requires strong financial acumen, political savvy, and the ability to build influential external relationships while leading major organisational change.
