Strategic CEO & Executive Director

A performing arts organization in Crawley is seeking a full-time Executive Director/CEO to oversee strategic planning and manage core operations. The successful candidate will lead finance and resource management while collaborating with the Artistic Director. Responsibilities include managing team members, stakeholder engagement, and reporting to the Board of Trustees. This role offers a salary of £47k, increasing to £48.5k post-probation, as well as 25 days holiday and flexible working arrangements.
