Strategic Area Commander - Assistant Director (Fire & Rescue)

Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service seeks an Assistant Director (Operational Area Commander) to lead strategic delivery across the service. Based at HWFRS HQ in Worcester, you will sit on the Strategic Leadership Board and drive change, workforce development and collaboration with partners to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
