We are seeking an experienced manager to provide strategic leadership of Admissions and Attendance services in both Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Local Authorities. We require someone who is educated to degree standard who can demonstrate and apply a sound knowledge and understanding of the relevant education legislation and of partnership working at a strategic level. Key skill requirements include communication and presentation, problem-solving, negotiation, and the ability to offer constructive feedback and, where appropriate, challenge decisions or actions taken by others whilst maintaining those working relationships.
