Site Manager

We're currently looking to recruit a Site Manager to join our friendly and supportive team at Clarence Unit, as a key member of the extended management team you'll have day to day responsibility for the upkeep and maintenance of this large setting as well as the supervisory role of the general assistant team.

The Clarence Unit at Woodcot Lodge, is a special collaboration between Hampshire County Council and local NHS partners, offering temporary support to patients leaving Queen Alexandra Hospital. A team of dedicated care staff, nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists work with patients to plan their rehabilitation, recovery and onward care arrangements.

Our main priority is to find people who share our values of being person centred, working together, accountability and resilience - could this be you?

Successful candidates will be people who take pride in their work and ensure that the home is both well maintained and safe for those living and working within in it. Experience in this field would be advantageous as would experience of lien managing a team but with the right values and motivation we can equip you with the skills needed to enjoy this hugely satisfying role, on the front line of our care services.

No two days are the same in this varied and rewarding role. Those living within our services are individuals and they all deserve to be treated as such.
