HCC Property Services are the Competent Person in relation to the management of legionella for HCC.
HCC Property Services have a vacancy for a Senior Compliance Manager to lead on the management of legionella in the Property Services Operations Department.
If you are an experienced manager, with appropriate and relevant post-qualification experience and with an extensive working knowledge of HSG 65, ACoP L8 and HSG 274 we would like to hear from you.
In this rewarding and challenging role, you will be leading and managing a team to deliver programmes of improvement, investigations, and to respond to reactive works related to the management of legionella.
You will also lead on the collection and analysis of data through our on-line portal and use this data to develop and implement management improvement plans as well as taking the lead on investigations and problem solving.
You will take the lead in managing client relationships with respect to Legionella Management and will to drive forward all aspects of service delivery, developing work programmes and improvement plans.
You will be working alongside skilled and enthusiastic construction and health and safety professionals who will assist and support you in the delivery projects and improvement programmes.
