Senior Director, HR & Workforce Strategy

Solihull Council is seeking an ambitious Assistant Director - HR & Workforce Strategy to lead a broad portfolio of HR and workforce functions. This role supports over 5,500 employees across the Council, Solihull Community Housing and partner schools, shaping the future of workforce services with modern approaches and technology.

You will work closely with Members, corporate leaders, trade unions and external partners to deliver meaningful outcomes for the organisation and communities we serve.
