Senior Benefits Officer: Lead, Improve & Deliver

Isle of Anglesey County Council is seeking a Senior Benefits Officer to lead the Welfare awards within the Benefits Financial Assessment Service and supervise a team responsible for Discretionary Housing Payment, Free School Meals, and School Essentials Grants.

The role also involves deputising for the Benefits Manager, handling complex cases, and driving service improvements while building strong relationships with partners and customers to ensure high-quality public services.
