Salary:£42,798.00 per Annum & 7% pension
Responsible to:Sefton Advocacy Board of Trustees
Hours:35 hours per week - Monday to Friday
Location:Office based, however remote working is available
Annual Leave:25 days plus 8 Public Holidays

SeftonAdvocacyis looking to recruit a Chief Executive Officer to lead and grow this vital charitable organisation.

SeftonAdvocacyis an establishedIndependent GenericAdvocacyService for people aged 18 and over who live inSefton.

We believe every individual has the right to say what they want and need when important decisions are being made which will affect their lives.

Our aim is to give residents who use our service choice and control over their lives.

We have been providingadvocacyservices in the Borough for over 25years. The service is unique within the area and provides specialist services to all adults.

The reputation and demand for our service continues to grow.SeftonAdvocacyis independent, free and confidential.

Key Responsiblities

To lead and manage Sefton Advocacy in line with the strategic direction of the organisation, ensuring appropriate and adequate resources to develop and deliver services to local residents accessing Sefton Advocacy Support in Sefton.

Job Role

To champion the vision and mission of Sefton Advocacy by building strong partnerships with VCF organisations, Cheshire & Merseyside ICB and Sefton Council; and by developing and delivering impactful initiatives for people with health and wellbeing related advocacy needs of all ages. The role creates opportunities for meaningful engagement, ensures services are inclusive and accessible, and upholds the highest standards of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion in line with national best practice.
