Revenue Officer: Council Tax & Rates Hybrid & Learning

Torbay Council is seeking a motivated Revenue Officer to join our busy Revenues Service. You will play a key role in the administration and collection of Council Tax, Business Rates and BID levies, ensuring accurate billing and strong customer service to residents and businesses.

Reporting to the Revenue Team Leader, you will manage accounts, respond to enquiries, maintain records, and support recovery processes while aiming to maximise collection rates and comply with legislation.
