Revenue & Benefits Advisor (Council Tax & Rates)

Milton Keynes City Council is recruiting a Revenues Advisor to join our Revenues and Benefits team. You will help residents, businesses and customers access accurate information and support relating to Council Tax and Business Rates, resolving enquiries, updating records and establishing liability.

You'll work to help customers and contribute to high-quality service delivery, with roles based at the office or home-based up to one day per week following an assessment.
