Project Manager (Transformation Programmes)

Full time: 36 hours per week, Permanent contract (part time / flexible working will be considered)

Salary: Project Manager (BR10) - Salary £31,890 - £33,654 per annum

Do you relish a challenge? Do you have a successful track record of developing and delivering high profile, high impact projects, as well as an understanding of the key issues facing local government, the wider public sector and partners?

Bromley is changing and we need strong project managers to help us transform. You will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to work at pace, be innovative and have a genuine interest in making a difference. You'll have the ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders and the confidence to challenge the status quo. You will work in closely with Directors and their management teams, engaging and consulting with other key stakeholders across the Council and external partners

You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be an adept negotiator with a flair for influencing others, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
