Key Responsibilities
Tower Hamlets has well established and robust Information Governance structures and consistently achieves high assessment ratings. As Information Governance and Complaints Manager you will shape the internal structures, mechanisms and processes to demonstrate Information Governance compliance as well as best practice in complaints resolution and service improvement.
