Improvement Manager

Are you an innovative thinker, always looking for ways to improve work practices for the benefit of colleagues and residents? This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and self-motivated person to support the Adult Social Care service to deliver on its' key goals and objectives.

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead on aspects of our Adult Social Care practice improvement programme to bring about lasting change to the way we work. You will need a detailed knowledge of Adult Social Care legislation, work practices, policies and processes. You will have significant experience of working in an Adult Social Care environment and will also bring your experience of managing change and your ability to work with a range of stakeholders to the role.

You will be a confident self-starter, able to work independently but also able to work as part of a team. Excellent people skills are key to this role.
