
ICF Business Integration and Benefits Officer
The starting salary for this role is £43,923 per annum for working 36 hours per week.
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to fill the role of ICF Business Integration and Benefits Officer within the ICF (Intelligent Client Function) team. The ICF is at the forefront of driving transformation through seamless business integration. As an ICF Business Integration and Benefits Officer, you'll be part of a team that's making a real difference within Surrey County Council, ensuring that business processes and systems related to ERP are seamlessly integrated, aligning perfectly with our strategic goals and objectives. The team
The ICF is a new team established by the Council to drive meaningful transformation through optimising ERP system use, ensuring it becomes a powerful tool to drive efficiency and collaboration. The ICF Business Integration and Benefits Officer will drive action and delivery, providing a unique hands-on opportunity to make a significant impact across the organisation. This role has exposure across the council, requiring collaboration with project managers, SME's, and stakeholders.

Work location
The ICF Business Integration and Benefits Officer position is a hybrid role with a requirement to be on site at either Dakota, Weybridge and/or Reigate, Woodhatch Place as and when required.
About the role
Benefits realisation: Support efforts within the ICF to closely monitor, analyse, and maximise the benefits derived from ERP projects and programmes.
Change management: Be a key player in supporting change management activities, particularly during system implementations and integrations, ensuring smooth transitions.
Business integration: Help shape and execute ERP business integration strategies that seamlessly align with the overarching organisational strategy.
About you
The role requires strategic thinking as well as experience of aligning ERP systems with organisational goals. You should be proficient in change management, project coordination, and process enhancement. In addition, you will be driven by results and excel in collaboration and optimising outcomes in transformative projects. We're looking for someone who is adaptable, detail-focused, and a team player.
