Hybrid Council Tax & Benefits Assessor

Wiltshire Council is seeking a Revenues and Benefits Assessment Officer to support the delivery of statutory and discretionary functions. You will assess council tax liability, award appropriate benefits and manage debt collection.

The role requires empathy, assertiveness, and knowledge of council tax legislation, with excellent IT and communication skills. Hybrid work model and local service delivery across Wiltshire.
