Human Resources Information Systems Manager
Are you interested in working at the heart of London government within a dynamic HR and OD team?
Working within the Reward and Operations area of HR you will manage a small team of HR Assistants ensuring continuity of the GLA's Human Resources Information System and the provision of an excellent service to all stakeholders. You will lead on the development and management of the GLA's Human Resources Information System as well as leading the development and distribution of all the GLA's HR analytics both statutory and corporate.
You will be experienced in dealing with external suppliers and comfortable in leading the liaison between both the GLA's external payroll and Human Resources Information System providers. You will have substantial experience of using reporting tools such as Business Objects as well as knowledge and application of creating variables.
