Location- County Hall, West Bridgford, NG2 7QP

Salary- £68,366 - £76,566 per annum

A Market Factor Supplement has been applied to this role making the salary up to £83,566 per annum.

Nottinghamshire County Council have an innovative corporate landlord model operating effectively and facilitating transformation across our assets. Due to retirement, we require an exceptional leader to join the Green Growth, Investment and Assets Management team, having oversight of FM/Maintenance, Commissioning, Estates Practice, Property Projects, and our Strategic Asset Management Plan. The successful candidate will work directly to the Director of Green Growth, Investment and Assets.

Reporting to the Director of Green Growth, Investment, & Assets following a corporate landlord approach, this high-profile role will see you lead on planning and managing our land and property assets and major land and property developments.  You will be responsible for driving forward the capital programme and owning the Property Asset Management Plan and Service Asset Management Planning process.
