Head of Corporate Performance

We are looking for an appropriately experienced professional to reshape our performance management services across the council by taking it to the next level as part of our wider transformation programme. You will have the opportunity to develop and lead a corporate centre for performance management; providing high quality advice, intelligence and analysis across the full range of services delivered by the Council and key partnerships.

Communication across the council is essential in this role; you will have to demonstrate your ability to lead and manage your team effectively and form strong relationships with stakeholders and members.
