Director of Operations & Enterprise Strategy

St Helen's School seeks a Director of Operations to lead the commercial and operational direction of its support functions, including Estates, Risk & Compliance, Health & Safety, and Catering. You will oversee St Helen's Enterprises Ltd to drive commercial performance in support of the School's mission.

Reporting to the Head, you will work with Senior Deputy Heads, Business Support Directors and Governors to ensure regulatory compliance, operational excellence and strategic development.
