Director of Junior Boarding & Pastoral Care

Farleigh School is seeking a confident, organised leader to head the Junior Boarding provision, overseeing the Boarding House, leading staff and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment where boarders thrive.

You will provide strong leadership for staff and pupils, manage day-to-day operations, safeguarding and welfare, build strong relationships with parents and colleagues, and champion the boarding provision.
