Plymouth City Council have an opportunity for a Data & Performance Manager to join their Children, Young People and Families service in Plymouth.

As a Data & Performance Manager, your primary role would be to ensure that the data held within the service is of high quality, and to work with the Policy and Performance team to produce statutory returns and FOI requests.

You would also be responsible for the co-ordination, review and maintenance of policies and procedures for the service area and be part of a team dedicated to improving outcomes for children and young people.

You will have experience in co-ordinating multiple work streams under demanding conditions with competing priorities and able to take responsibility for relevant policies. Along with experience of working with & interpreting data and able to maintain and establish systems within the service.

You would hold literacy and numeracy at Grade C or equivalent, and have experience in a similar role, being able to demonstrate your suitability for the role.

This temporary position is for 12 months with an immediate start. The rate of pay is £14.02 per hour and is primarily remote working, although there will be the occasional day on site (Covid-19 permitting).
