Childrens Health Locality Manager

Due to the retirement of the current post-holder we are seeking a committed individual willing to support us in delivering on our vision to create an integrated Children's Services that will continue to provide a high quality services aimed at improving outcomes for our children and young people. We are therefore seeking an experienced and skilled SCPHN to provide clinical, professional, operational and strategic management and leadership for the 0-19 (25 SEND) Health Visiting and Children and Young People's Nursing team in the Lincoln & West Lindsey Locality

We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to provide clinical, professional, operational and strategic management and leadership for the 0-19 (25 SEND) Health Visiting and Children and Young People's Nursing team in the Lincoln & West Lindsey Locality. The right person will be a registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse committed to our vision of an integrated Children's Services that will support the Council in our continued quest to improve outcomes for our children and young people.

You will also be responsible for providing safeguarding supervision, advice and guidance for your Practice Supervisors and be expected to take a county wide role on one or more of the six high impact areas for health visiting,

If you have a good understanding of the importance of good people management, as well as experience of supporting, guiding and mentoring others, robust clinical governance and safeguarding knowledge and experience, budget management skills, experience of managing projects and are collaborative, committed and motivated with exceptional planning and organisational skills as well as the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines then we would like to hear from you.

Reporting to the Lead Nurse for Childrens Health you will work alongside your early years, social care and early help colleagues to progress our integrated transformation vision including working with external stakeholders. You will lead on the development of integrated pathways that may extend beyond organisational boundaries to ensure that we achieve our aim of improving outcomes for the children and young people of Lincolnshire.
