Chief Town Clerk - Lead Governance & Community Impact

Bicester Town Council is seeking an experienced town clerk (chief officer) to lead the organisation and shape governance, policy and service delivery in one of England's fastest growing markets towns.

The role requires senior leadership in local government, expertise in financial management, and providing independent advice on governance and legal matters. Office location is The Garth, Bicester; full-time with occasional evenings and weekends; closing date 30/09/2026.
