Chief of Staff: Strategic Partner to the CEO & Leadership

The General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) seeks an exceptional Chief of Staff to work closely with the Chief Executive to enhance organisational effectiveness and delivery. The role involves advising senior leaders, shaping priorities, and maintaining effective collaborations within the organisation.

Preferred candidates will have significant senior leadership experience, strong strategic insight, and a commitment to equality and inclusion. This position offers a flexible working arrangement with a presence required in the Canary Wharf office one to two days a week.
