Benefits Officer - Housing & Council Tax Support

North Norfolk District Council is recruiting two Benefit Officers to support residents with Housing Benefit, Council Tax Support and related Discretionary Awards. You will maintain computerised records, handle routine claims and changes of circumstances, and respond to customer enquiries with clarity and compassion.
