Senior Manager System Development - Kingston upon Thames
We have 2 roles available, one 36 hours, the other for 18 hours.
GBP39,438 per annum (pro rata) for 36 hours per week, based at County Hall, Penrhyn Road, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey, KT1 2DN.

About the role
Service Manager System Design and Development (ELLC)
We're looking for a manager to lead the redesign of a very broad range of frontline services across education, lifelong learning and culture. These range from the Registration Service, Services for Schools, to support services for our most vulnerable learners in Surrey.
This role provides a unique opportunity for you to identify opportunities for transformation and turn these into tangible plans and actions for change that are focused on improving outcomes for our children and their families, whilst providing best value so that we are fit for the future.
You will have the ability to work collaboratively with service leads and partners as required to analyse and understand where there is demand for our services. Your proven experience in designing and delivering system change will allow you to assess effectively quality and impact in order to generate options to make well-reasoned decisions.
Your proven leadership skills and experience of collaborative work to deliver creative solutions that provide great services will be invaluable in building the system design team and setting the team priorities for the portfolio.
