GBP69,855 per annum for 36 hours per week based at Surrey Heath Locality Team, Surrey Heath House, Knoll Road, Camberley Surrey GU15 3HD. Please note that this is an integrated role and as such, the employer could be either the NHS or Surrey County Council (SCC).

We are looking for an exceptional, inspiring leader to join the leadership team at Surrey Heath.

You will join a team of senior managers and leaders from both Surrey Heath Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and Surrey County Council. You will have a proven track record of working at a senior level within Adult Social Care and substantial experience of successfully leading and managing multidisciplinary teams; working across multiple partners to achieve influence and transformational change.

We are proud of our achievements to date in integrating health and social care across Surrey Heath to achieve outcomes for our residents which enable them to live independent lives in their own homes. We are now excited to be taking the next step on our integration journey in Surrey Heath and as a Locality Director, you will be integral to this.
