Assistant Director Digital Technology & Business Transformation

But we don’t want to stop there. We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our Leadership Team who has the vision and passion to bring digital inclusion to life in our communities.

This is a really exciting opportunity. In addition to leading our talented ICT Team you will play a key role in:

  • Driving our transformation programme which includes agile working across all council services
  • Developing and implementing our technology and digital strategy
  • Driving forward our ICT System review programme

You will have a proven track record of leading and managing technology enabled transformation change programmes in a customer focused environment.

Excellent influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams and manage change are a must.

An understanding of the public sector is desirable but not essential.
