Pensions Team Manager (Employer Services) HCC7166
We are looking for someone to take on an exciting new role as a permanent full time Pensions Team Manager in our Employer team within Pension Services.
You will be enthusiastic and self motivated, able to engage with our Employers, as well as ensuring the Fund meets its responsibilities under the LGPS regulations, working with both the Fund Actuary and legal advisers.
As part of the Employer team, it is essential that you can build and maintain excellent relationships with a wide range of people, you are assertive, and you have good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
You will need excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise your work and that of your team to fit in with the requirements and deadlines of both the Employer team and Pension Services as a whole. You will be the sort of person who is willing to be involved in any area of work to deliver the service.
With the ability to motivate and coach others, you will be a role model and have a positive attitude. Thorough and a team player, you will have the ability to see things through, ensuring excellent outcomes for our customers.
