A fantastic opportunity to work for a transformation team, playing a key role in delivering sustainable change to support the Adults Health and Care vision. The department is running a series of transformation projects and programmes including the development of frontline service areas, the positioning of more of its services at the front door, embracing new digital technologies and developing innovative, award-winning telecare and strengths-based adult social care solutions. The transformation team are looking for highly skilled, enthusiastic and self motivated individual to work in a friendly and busy environment within the Adults Health and Care department.
The ideal candidate will be driven, have a 'can do' attitude with a flexible approach to a varied workload, working autonomously as well as part of a team. As well as having excellent organisational and communication skills, the individual will have experience of working in a local government/environment and ideally good knowledge of Adult Health and Care. Previous experience in a project role or working within a project team environment is essential.
