We are looking for a Payroll Manager (CIPD) with project management experience.
There are various projects that the business is currently running that have a payroll impact, the projects are all ranging in size and scale.
A project/payroll manager is required to act as a conduit between the business, business requests and the SME’s within payroll and where feasible will lead the projects.
Some projects are quite generic; however, some are be-spoke to Network Rail.
Project management skills are required to work with the SME’s to maximise their output and to see projects through to completion.
You will have managed payroll teams in the past & have an in depth technical knowledge of payroll activities
You will be CIPD qualified
As well as the specific experience required above you will have the necessary qualifications, skills & experience of a Payroll/Project Manager to take control of this requirement from its inception to its completion.
