Salary range: GBP47,386 - GBP52,964 per annum

Are you a Chartered Member of CIPD and/or have a relevant degree with the ability to build credibility and influence at senior management and senior external stakeholder level on all HR related matters?

This is a critical role at a critical time.

With a clear vision of what an effective, customer-focused HR Service looks like, you will lead and manage your team, ensuring it provides excellent customer service and supports the organisation to develop and achieve its strategic objectives.

You will be skilled in all aspects of HR with experience of proactively supporting recruitment and retention, developing high quality workforce strategies and implementing effective operational management controls.

We are looking for someone who is a skilled communicator, who can see the bigger picture and robustly plan and lead strategic change but who can also engage effectively with everyone and knows how to build a positive and inclusive culture.

This post is a full time permanent role 37 hours per week. However, all applications will be considered.
