Contract, Finance and Support Officer
Our housing team are looking to recruit a contract, finance and support officer to join our specialist forward thinking team. The housing teams are moving forward quickly and have excellent prospects for the future delivery of our business plan; but our success depends on talented individuals delivering excellent services to our customers and exceeding their expectations.
As a strategic landlord in conjunction with our newly appointed partnering contractors we manage and maintain over 5,500 homes carrying out responsive repairs, cyclical and planned maintenance and various minor works schemes.
About the role
Your role will focus on ensuring that all financial procedures are followed including monitoring, recording and paying invoices via our P2P system and in-house budget management system. You will also liaise with the contract surveyors and support and performance manager on the updating of the property database.
We will also give you responsibility for conducting income tests in relation to disabled persons' adaptations' and to manage records and track progress ensuring all records within the contracts team and performance/statistical data are recorded and kept up to date
