The Operational HR team at oneSource is looking for talented, highly skilled HR professionals who are excellent communicators that can work collaboratively and provide advice, guidance and support to managers.
oneSource is the award winning organisation that supports managers in the London Boroughs of Havering and Newham as they go through a period of great change. We’ve already helped both councils to make substantial savings and efficiencies – but we can’t stop there.
Both councils need to modernize further, and our HR professionals are at the heart of that change.
We are looking for people who can challenge existing work practices and provide customer focused services in a fast paced environment.

These are challenging roles, requiring you to use a range of HR skills. In a fast paced environment, you will be used to working quickly and helping managers to make timely, business focused commercial decisions.
Previous experience of providing advice to managers on performance management, absence management, TUPE and organisational change and other employee relations issues such as disciplinaries, grievance, capability will be essential.
