Job Title: Children's Information & Advice Officer
Location: Apsley 2, Hemel Hempstead
Salary Range: GBP19,430 to GBP23,398 pa
Hours: 37 per week
We are actively recruiting for the role of Children's Information & Advice Officer within Three Rivers Assessment Team, based in Apsley 2
This role involves responsibilities such as:
- The children's information and advice officer contributes to this work to ensure that children and families get the right response to the concerns raised within an appropriate timeframe and by the right agency.
- The primary areas of responsibility are to be the key point of contact for all concerns raised from various sources and to accurately record key elements of concerns raised.
- To identify needs, with management direction and support, to assess threshold of risk and understanding of the different tiers of service provision.
- To make full use of a range of computerised systems, gather and accurately record information to inform the manager decision on how to progress the contact or referral.
