We seek people with ambition, creativity and commitment to ensure our economic growth provides benefits for everyone and creates opportunities to transform the lives of residents.

You will ideally have experience of working in income recovery and/or dispute resolution, knowledge of relevant housing legislation and experience of income accounting and debt recovery.

We need people with strong customer services and prioritisation skills to provide an excellent service to London Borough of Hackney's leaseholders, shared owners and freeholders across the borough. To thrive in this role you will need a flexible approach and be able to work well under pressure.
