Senior Arbitration Officer
In this role you will provide a high quality administrative service to the Arbitration Tribunal in accordance with the legal framework, Tribunal rules and procedures.
You will provide guidance, support and advice on the conduct of individual cases to administrative staff and relevant stakeholders, and have direct contact with customers in the provision of a front line service.
You will develop and maintain an appropriate profile and build effective working relationships with key stakeholders, Members, service providers and the wider community in order to facilitate the delivery of high quality service that meet user needs and supports the Council's efficiency agenda.
We are looking for someone with relevant experience in a similar role or knowledge of complaints and dispute resolution. You need to have a positive and proactive attitude with the ability to work on your own initiative to a professional standard and quality.
You must have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be tactful and diplomatic.
