Rother District Council Infrastructure Officer ICT and Customer Services Permanent Contract. Full Time - 37 hours per week Up to GBP32,595 per annum Starting salary dependent on qualifications and experience Our ICT department is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced individual to work as part of our busy Infrastructure team. You will need to be pro-active, confident and an excellent communicator as you will be delivering services across a wide range of business areas supporting a diverse set of applications. Primarily you will maintain core ICT systems and services in response to business needs, install new hardware and software and ensure its compatibility with existing systems. This position will provide you with the exposure and experience of a wide range of ICT infrastructure tasks. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm for ICT, who has excellent diagnostic skills and an advanced technical understanding of security, server and network technologies found in a modern ICT environment, as well as the drive to move forward and develop. Please note that occasional working out of normal office hours will be required for this post.
