You will support staff to develop creative support plans which is outcome focused and integrate positive risk taking.You will need to be passionate about serving our customers, have excellent communication skills and the creativity to find solutions that deliver excellent services our customers deserve.You will work in partnership with the management team to deliver on national and local performance framework.The PersonIdeally for the position in Support Planning Team, you will have substantive substantial experience of working with adults who have a range of disabilities and understand the statutory frameworksIdeally you will have experience in working with complex, multi-disciplinary cases involving mental health, voluntary organisations, forensic and NHS/CCG partners.You will have a proven track record of supervising social care staff within a statutory setting.We are looking for someone who can build positive relationships at a number of levels and can bring enthusiasm, creativity and passion to the service.Are you a Qualified Social Worker with substantial experience in managing staff?
