Project Officer (Development) - Fixed Term (until 31 March 2018) - PKC03281GBP23,369 - GBP26,278 Pullar House, 35 Kinnoull Street, PerthThis post will be the key driver in researching and implementing pilot projects within Perth & Kinross sheltered housing schemes to support older people to continue to live independently and promote their health and wellbeing. The post will also research and implement effective ways to enable people with care and support needs to remain in their home, through appropriate aids and adaptations, and also help reduce delayed discharges for people with a housing issue. You must have knowledge of housing and experience of working within a housing environment and be educated or working towards to diploma / Degree level in housing or a relevant subject. You must be computer literate with experience of using various IT systems and knowledge of Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint) You must be able to write reports and other written material clearly and in an engaging style appropriate to the audience.
