The Wilf Ward Family Trust was established in 1986 and operates across Yorkshire and the North East of England.
Employing over 1100 staff, we provide services for people with learning and physical disabilities as well as supporting their families.Our aim is to help maximise the independence and lifestyle opportunities for those we support.
With the social care sector facing a number of risks and regulatory challenges the people we support need our services more than ever. We require a leader to guide us through a continued process of development that will be driven by changes to the Health and Local Authority procurement processes.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of achievement. You will be an inspirational motivator with a proven ability to pursue creative solutions and an accomplished negotiator.We will want you to understand our core business areas, support our values and ensure our service users are at the heart of everything we do.
