We have achieved a huge amount in recent years and we now need skilled, passionate, competent professionals to help us achieve even more. We are looking for two professional, inspirational and innovative senior managers to maintain our high standards and positive outcomes, influence key stakeholders and partners, drive forward change and support service improvement in adult care.

These posts will be a member of the Personal Care & Support Leadership Team and as such have collective responsibility for delivering the Service’s priorities, continuing our collaborative working models and ensuring value for money across all services.

As a Senior Manager for East or North West Surrey you will be accountable to the Assistant Director for Personal Care and Support and have overall responsibility for up to three Locality Teams and social care teams based in district general hospitals as well as undertaking strategic responsibility for countywide workstreams.

We need individuals with a proven track record of delivery in either in a health or social care setting. You will be a excellent communicator committed to bringing about change and realising positive outcomes in the a politically charged environment. You will be resourceful and will recognise the value of building professional relationships and forging new partnerships with emerging organisations. You will be able to keep ahead of a continually changing policy. You will be solutions focused and pragmatic as you design and implement a lasting framework for the Locality Authority as it leads the improvement of health and social care outcomes for Surrey residents.
