Dorset County Council administers the Dorset County Pension Fund on behalf of many public bodies in Dorset. 52,000 employees past and present have an interest in the Fund which has total assets of £1.6 billion. There is a broad range of different types of asset in the portfolio and a number of investment managers are employed to get the best from these assets.
We are looking for a dynamic person to manage the small Treasury and Investments team who look after the Pension Fund Assets, including managing £300 million in house, and manage cash and banking arrangements for the Council and other public bodies.
